Cancellation Policy

Consignor Acknowledgement: By submitting this intake form, I acknowledge and agree that: • Generations accepts women’s and men’s designer, luxury, and vintage clothing and accessories by appointment only. • All clothing items must be clean, on hangers, and in excellent condition at the time of drop-off. • Items with stains, tears, odors, excessive wear, or discoloration will not be accepted and may be returned. • Unaccepted items must be picked up within 7 days of the drop-off date. Items not claimed within this time frame will be donated. • Pricing of all accepted merchandise is determined solely by Generations, based on professional expertise, market demand, style, condition and current inventory. • Acceptance of items is at the discretion of Generations, and submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.
